Participants are guided through a short warm up which leads to a circuit of exercises using a variety of equipment. Brenda will guide each participant with close attention to the quality of the movements for maximum benefit of each member.
At the end of class, a gentle cool down and stretch is offered to bring the body back to a calm and relaxed state.
This class is for women only and is suitable for all fitness levels.

This is an all levels class where we use our breath and gentle movements to release stress and increase vitality.
Join Brenda in person or virtually for a relaxing mobility class blending Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Yoga.
Tuesday's from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.

Picture this, you are surrounded by nature, on a beautiful farm, while breathing in fresh air making exercising not only fun, but also more effective.
This class is perfect for all fitness levels and consists of 45 minutes circuit style, total body movements, followed by 15 minutes to cool down and stretch to finish your day.
