Participants are coached through a variety of movements at their own pace. Together, we focus is on getting stronger, improving balance and mobility. Participants learn many variations on how to squat and lunge. We also explore pushing and pulling movements along with core and glute work. This circuit style workout can be done with dumbbells, bands, a chair and/or just bodyweight.

Throughout the spring, summer and fall, join Fitness Instructor Aneta Wilga every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00pm on Brenda's beautiful farm.
This class is perfect for all fitness levels and consists of 45 minutes circuit style, total body movements, followed by 15 minutes to cool down and stretch to finish your day.
