Covid-19 prevention measures are in place to keep you safe.
Participants are coached through a variety of movements at their own pace. Together, we focus is on getting stronger, improving balance and mobility. Participants learn many variations on how to squat and lunge. We also explore pushing and pulling movements along with core and glute work. This circuit style workout can be done with dumbbells, bands, a chair and/or just bodyweight.
This class is offered for all fitness levels.

Join Brenda for a relaxing mobility class blending Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Yoga, live on Zoom or outside on Brenda's lawn during the warmer climate, every Tuesday's from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.
Come join Fitness Instructor, Aneta Wilga for outdoor fun on the farm with unique exercise equipment.
Her fabulous sessions will run every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00pm starting April 25th, into October. These classes are open to all levels of fitness.
This is a membership program with a $200/month investment, based on the date you decide to join. This way you can keep going through the summer months right into the fall :)
