Brenda Banning Fitness & Therapy, also known as BBF&T, is a private studio located on a breathtaking farm setting. Our small, yet passionate team offers a variety of training and wellness modalities that will guide through a healthier and more vibrant you.
BBF&T is a company that grew from Brenda’s Fitness, which was founded in 2011 in Osgoode, Ontario. Having come from a commercial gym setting, Brenda, founder of BBF&T, set out to create a unique atmosphere that meets the needs of her clients.
This peaceful space sits on a sustainable 100 acre family farm inviting clients to unwind and connect with nature. With ample space, we offer state of the art equipment for clients to utilize both inside and outside.
Our team offers a wide variety of services to help guide our clients towards a healthier lifestyle with achievable goals designed to work for each individuals needs. In addition, it is our mission not only to support the physical body, but to also focus on the mind and spirit.
