The spine is more than just a structural support; it is the central highway for your nervous system and the storage site for much of our "carried" stress. When this central pillar is compressed or overloaded by chronic anxiety and physical strain, it can feel like your entire system is running on a "low battery."


The Spine Walk is a specialized technique that uses precise acoustic frequencies to "hydrate" the connective tissues and decompress the vertebrae from the tailbone to the skull.

What to Expect During Your Session

You will rest comfortably on your stomach (or side, depending on your comfort) on the treatment table. Using both weighted and unweighted tuning forks, I trace the length of your spine within your biofield. You may feel a gentle "humming" sensation or a wave of warmth as the sound waves encounter and resolve areas of density. This is a deeply sedative experience; it is not uncommon to drift into a light sleep as your central nervous system finally feels safe enough to let go.
