Body Balancing: Structural Ease & Joint Decompression

A precision-based approach to skeletal and fascial freedom.

Gravity, repetitive movement, and even our posture at a desk can cause the body to "collapse" into itself over time. This compression often manifests as joint stiffness, a feeling of being "tight" all over, or a general lack of mobility.


Body Balancing uses weighted tuning forks to apply gentle, targeted vibrational therapy directly to the body’s "hinges" and structural foundations. It is designed to create space where there is pressure and flow where there is stagnation.

Targeted Benefits for Physical Alignment

  • Joint Decompression: By placing weighted forks on or near the joints (shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles), the vibrations help to "shake loose" the micro-tensions in the surrounding ligaments and tendons, encouraging a feeling of spaciousness.
  • Skeletal Resonance: Bone is an incredible conductor of sound. This protocol uses that conductivity to send soothing, low-frequency waves deep into the skeletal structure, helping the body "remember" its natural, upright alignment.
  • Myofascial Release: The deep vibrations help to hydrate the fascia, the thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle. This leads to a significant reduction in total-body tension and a smoother range of motion.
  • Grounding & Stability: By focusing on the "heavy" points of the body, this session helps you feel firmly planted and stable, reducing the "flighty" or ungrounded energy that often accompanies physical fatigue.

What to Expect During Your Session

Unlike the more ethereal unweighted sessions, Body Balancing is very tactile. You will relax on the treatment table while I use weighted tuning forks to provide a "vibrational massage." You will feel the gentle, deep-reaching hum of the forks as they are placed on specific bony landmarks and muscle attachments. It is a deeply soothing, grounding sensation that many clients compare to the feeling of a heavy, warm blanket—leaving you feeling physically "level" and structurally sound.
