We are all on a journey called life. Like a river, it is constantly flowing, moving, changing. My story is similar to that of a river, I have been a teacher most of my life in many different capacities, from Elementary Education, coaching sports, Personal Training, teaching through workshops, 1 on 1 coaching and teaching and guiding clients through personal healing sessions. One experience leads me to another, the common theme has always been helping others achieve their goals, helping people see their potential, be happy, healthy and fulfilled physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I believe movement and breath are imperative to healthy living, however there are many types of movement and breathing techniques to support our vitality. Living on a sustainable farm allows me the luxury to be close to nature and share the value of fresh air, being grounded, eating nutritious food to fuel our bodies.
I have learned that we can do all the “right “ things for our physical body and still not feel happy and healthy. Addressing our emotional and energetic bodies are just as important as the physical. I have been offering Fascial Stretch Therapy (gentle stretching and decompressing the stress in the body and mind) for over 10 years and have expanded into other modalities such as Sound Therapy with Biofield Tuning (healing the emotional body using tuning forks), Crystal Reiki Healing and Life Coaching (changing the thought processes that block our success and happiness).
I am excited to offer more than just a gym. Our team share the same goal and that is to meet you where you are at, while guiding and supporting you on your personal journey to a healthier stronger you.
Jack offers Personal Training and Small Group Training to our clients and community. Jack gives clients the tools and support they need to better their physical state. That approach has broadened over time, with the realization that for optimal wellness one must address not just the body, but mind and spirit as well. For his own wellness journey, Jack uses modalities ranging from powerlifting to meditation.
With experience in high traffic gym facilities, Jack has worked with a wide range of clients, from absolute beginners to athletes, and from teens to seniors. He's had a particular emphasis on pain management, injury risk mitigation and strength development. Whatever your goals may be, Jack delivers a service focused on addressing each individuals unique needs.
Aneta has a background in Personal Training and Group Fitness. As a former Power Lifter and Coach, she brings a fun and unique style to all her classes while keeping her clients safe, challenged, and leaving with a smile.
